From Our President
As the founder and President of Infinity Technologies, my vision is to change the way managed IT and GIS services are provided. In keeping with my mantra of building client relationships, I want Infinity Technologies to be a game-changer in local government consulting in California by providing the best service possible.
I originally founded Infinity Technologies in 2007 to provide IT services to select customers. We grew organically year after year as we built on our client relationships, but it was not until early 2021 that I took the leap from being the Director of IT Services at Interwest Consulting Group to committing fully to Infinity Technologies. Thanks to our dedicated and talented IT and GIS staff, we currently work with California cities, municipalities, special districts and private clients.
Our IT specialists manage large projects including network/server implementations and maintenance, SharePoint development, custom software development, Enterprise software migrations and integrations and VoIP phone implementations.
Our GIS specialists provide local government GIS staffing services including data development and maintenance, map creation, analysis, project management, ArcGIS Enterprise implementation and upgrades, ArcGIS online startup and deployment, and Enterprise Web GIS application development, mapping applications and story maps.
WE ARE DIFFERENT
We understand there are many firms offering IT and GIS consulting services.
Without being a technical wizard, how can you tell the difference between them?
We believe the following make Infinity Technologies clearly different from other firms you may consider:
We’re client-focused (not self-focused)
We are driven and passionate about discovering potential issues and fixing them. Our services are never “one size fits all.” We are technology-agnostic and will base any suggested solutions on your specific needs, preferences, and budget.
Many larger firms claim a vast range of experience and available services, but don’t tell you that many of their staff are located out-of-state. All of Infinity Technologies’ staff live and work in California, available as needed to serve our clients on-site.
We’re always available to serve your needs
When it comes to IT, there is no such thing as “business hours.” Our blend of on-site and remote services are provided around the clock, 24/7/365, to ensure system uptime and client connectivity.
We’re proactive about our clients’ needs
We don’t wait for problems to happen. Rather, we anticipate potential problems by understanding our clients’ network architectures, hardware deployments and software platforms, and how all these pieces fit together.
